Culver started plumbing riding his bicycle from his Culvertown home after taking plumbing courses in New York City. The charges then were a mere 50 cents an hour. Everyone had their own well for water. Some even had windmills which plumbers repaired too. How things have changed over the years. Well... the great quality service of H.R.
