Peter Gambino founded Baby Moon in 1970. Together with his brother John, they own and operate this wonderful family restaurant. For over 35 years, the two brothers have been spoiling their clientele, serving only the most outstanding Southern Italian Cuisine and fresh daily seafood. Baby Moon cuisine is based on the authentic flavors of Sicily, serving daily fresh seafood, meat dishes, pastas and pizzas. Opened in late 2010, the second installment to the Buoy One family is fully equipped with a full bar and couch lounge area with two 50’’ flat screens. A cozy fireplace in the dining room adds to a perfect, relaxing atmosphere for a night out, with or without the kids. We also have outdoor dining available on the patio in the summer months. Same familiar faces as the original Riverhead Buoy One, and the same menu and prices as well, but with a larger grill, Chef Dave has added a few steak and grilled whole fish options onto our famous special boards. Lunch or dinner reservations available for parties of 6 or larger. Back room seats approx. 60 guests for catered events.
