The Museum site includes the Tuthill House Museum, The Foster-Meeker House which is currently being restored, and the Meeker Carriage House and Privy. The Tuthill House Museum is open from June thru September on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM and by appointment. The Tuthill House Museum contains period rooms from the 1800's and houses a research library and an archive of historical artifacts.
The Meeker carriage house contains the Society's farm tool collection, and the privy is an excellent example of early waste disposal methods! The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center is a vibrant venue for theater, music, dance and film, serving patrons on the East End and across Long Island. From world class artists to supporting students through the participation of children in local school productions, the Center's stage serves as a year-round focal point for the area's diverse community. Its growing popularity among audiences and performers alike is evidence that the Center offers a broad selection of enriching programming. We're especially gratified by the overwhelming response from community residents, businesses and patrons. But there's much more to be done to realize the Center's mission, and we hope we can count on you!
